mAInCharacter Advisory LLC publishes selected public intelligence for limited public reference and noncommercial sharing. Advisory systems, frameworks, methods, client materials, private reports, templates, tools, and unpublished intelligence remain proprietary.
Protected Materials
Protected materials include, but are not limited to, advisory frameworks, strategic methods, diagnostic tools, templates, client-facing materials, research memos, unpublished intelligence, paid reports, workshops, and internal operating systems.
Prohibited Uses
No protected material may be copied, adapted, redistributed, resold, incorporated into client deliverables, uploaded to third-party systems, used to train artificial intelligence systems, or converted into a competing commercial product without prior written permission from mAInCharacter Advisory LLC.
No Transfer of Ownership
Access to private, client-facing, or advisory material does not transfer ownership, authorship, copyright, trademark rights, commercial reuse rights, or rights to derivative works.
Client and Partner Access
Clients, collaborators, and partners may receive access to selected materials for a defined purpose. That access is limited to the scope described in the applicable client agreement, partnership agreement, written permission, or project-specific terms.
Written Permission
Any use outside the stated permission requires prior written approval from mAInCharacter Advisory LLC.
